We make a minimum of three attempts at different times of day — morning, afternoon, and evening — before reporting non-service. Additional attempts can be arranged.
What if the subject is evading service?
We offer skip tracing as part of our process serving package. If the address on file is outdated, we locate the current address before attempting service.
How quickly can you serve documents?
Standard service is completed within 3–5 business days. Rush service (24–48 hours) is available for time-sensitive matters. Same-day service may be available depending on location.

What is an Affidavit of Service?
An Affidavit of Service (also called a Proof of Service) is a sworn, notarized statement by the process server documenting the date, time, location, and method of service. It is required by Arizona courts to prove that a party was properly served.
